Core responsibilities

  • Provide leadership to key projects and accounts through developing measurement frameworks that connect client KPIs with marketing outcomes 

  • Apply strategic knowledge of the client and digital analytics craft to foster creative thinking and develop insight-driven content strategies and creative

  • Exhibit an understanding of the full marketing ecosystem and be willing to dig into multi-platform digital analytics and marketing tools

  • Serve in a client-facing role, contributing to a diverse portfolio of creative work spanning digital, social, print, and more

  • Convey a productive and positive attitude and approach to all work and team members

  • Bring a strong perspective of innovation and creativity and the ability to translate it into strategy

  • Leverage expertise and professional relationships to assist in growth opportunities

Must haves

  • Must be a people person

  • 5–8 years relevant experience at an agency or in-house

  • Experience using data visualization and/or business intelligence tools such as Domo, Datorama, Tableau, etc. 

  • Knowledge of tag management tools like Google Tag Manager 

  • Detail-oriented with ability to manage a variety of ongoing projects

  • High drive and pride in your work

  • Fun and humble but with a get-it-done attitude
