Core responsibilities
Provide leadership to key projects and accounts through developing measurement frameworks that connect client KPIs with marketing outcomes
Apply strategic knowledge of the client and digital analytics craft to foster creative thinking and develop insight-driven content strategies and creative
Exhibit an understanding of the full marketing ecosystem and be willing to dig into multi-platform digital analytics and marketing tools
Serve in a client-facing role, contributing to a diverse portfolio of creative work spanning digital, social, print, and more
Convey a productive and positive attitude and approach to all work and team members
Bring a strong perspective of innovation and creativity and the ability to translate it into strategy
Leverage expertise and professional relationships to assist in growth opportunities
Must haves
Must be a people person
5–8 years relevant experience at an agency or in-house
Experience using data visualization and/or business intelligence tools such as Domo, Datorama, Tableau, etc.
Knowledge of tag management tools like Google Tag Manager
Detail-oriented with ability to manage a variety of ongoing projects
High drive and pride in your work
Fun and humble but with a get-it-done attitude
