Our "why"

We are solving a massive problem - the only problem every company experiences at any stage of their growth: finding the right people. We've built, led and been a part of Tilt, Airbnb, RedDoor, and Rackspace teams, and we want to help the next generation of companies to create strong teams that do the best work of their life together.
