We design, engineer and operate our products end-to-end. 

We are remote first with more than 90 product engineers all over India. Our leadership team in India / Berlin / Silicon Valley and comes from the largest technology companies.

What you need to succeed

• You’re smart, creative and persistent with a passion for products that delight customers

• You are a developer or designer with a business edge and bring a degree in computer science or business

• Ability to code is a plus and the ability to wireframe is a must

• You have experience running user experience interviews

• You have launched products on tight timelines and iterated to get product/market fit

• You are comfortable managing multiple projects at once

• Have worked in an agile environment long enough that you know how to focus on results and not debate the best methodology

• Can crunch data in your favorite tool

• Communicate clearly and if need be, convey your ideas in less than four slides

• Growth mindset: effectively balances the need to protect the community with the need to grow the community

• Solid understanding of the payments industry. Specifically, knowledge about general trends in online payments, payment methods in ecommerce, card networks and Buy Now, Pay Later methods 

• Global perspective: experience with global payment programs and global teams

• 2+ years hands-on Product Analyst/Manager experience in a fast-paced technology start-up

Preferred experience but not a must:

• Fintech experience in credit / lending / payments / loans

• Operations: experience working with operations teams, making smart investments in tools and workflow processes to scale up the team

• Ecommerce: cart solutions and shop systems

• Compliance: prior global experience working with compliance including AML, KYC, BSA, MTL, Sanctions
  

Key responsibilities

• Take the lead delivering a seamless user-experience by being product-oriented, commercially-minded and work directly with design team

• Determine what gets built - can build a strong case of why things are prioritized the way they are

• Build a common understanding with the development team of what we want to build through user stories and wireframes - we have a world class team of more than 30 engineers

• Documenting technical architecture and business processes

• Evaluate market opportunities in E-commerce - includes payments, headless ecommerce, livestreaming and affiliate marketing

• Voice of the customer - you can understand communicated and un-communicated needs to form a clear understanding that informs the backlog

• Communicate your vision internally and externally
