  • You will become a senior leader responsible for the company’s growth strategy and will help our product reach tens of millions of customers.

  • As our first growth hire, you’ll play a key role in building out our growth team and have high impact on recruiting.

  • You’ll design and manage a data-driven strategy for identifying and leveraging new user acquisition channels as well as unlocking new forms of engagement for existing users.

  • You’ll drive and report on key metrics related to acquisition and channel growth, as well as work closely with product and engineering leads to capture organic demand.

  • You'll work to refine our "growth engine" and become familiar with our current and future customers.


  • You have 3-5 years experience in sales and/or marketing at a high-growth early-stage startup

  • You have a background in leading, managing, and executing on pipeline generation.

  • You value a data-driven approach to decision-making and can assemble a fast-paced growth team of multiple talents across marketing, content, data analysis and design.
