Role: Software Executive Assistant

At Kiwibot we are building the largest robotic last-mile delivery network to support operations in several environments from college campuses to cities across the US and Europe. The Platforms Operations team is part of the Software team. We own city-specific business outcomes and bridges our overall strategy with local needs. The team ensures complex, business-critical work is done in a high-quality way and champions the core Kiwibot experience in cities, campuses, and many more types of locations. 

As a Software Executive Assistant: You will report directly to our Software & Platform Operations Lead. Your main responsibility will be taking charge of supporting all internal processes regarding the campuses apps: support software with restaurants, metrics, refunds, bugs and features requests.

  • Have proven experience working remotely.

  • Proven experience as Project Management.

  • Experience designing processes and documentation.

  • Interest and/or experience working with software related areas.

  • Are Data analytic and know how to apply it to everyday decisions.

  • Have experience working with scientific method

  • Work with multiple areas around the company and partners

  • Be calm under pressure with a demonstrated track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously

  • Provide data, information, and reports as needed for other areas within and outside the organization

  • Have an independent work ethic to deliver results

  • Keep constant monitoring of the operation to have quick reaction

You might have also had:

  • Spanish language skills/Interest (we are a Latin American start-up!)

  • Comfortability addressing frequent product changes.

  • Experience starting or scaling a successful startup.

  • Demonstrated interest in logistics, on-demand services, and marketplaces.

  • Comfortability with uncertainty.

  • Experience constant change and sudden growth.

  • Comfortability building excellent solutions with limited resources
