🌿 What’s the role?
This role owns the acquisition strategy for Kinder World. You’ll be responsible for our paid marketing efforts including paid user acquisition, as well as supporting app store optimisation and organic marketing efforts with the rest of the team.
With plenty of opportunity for creativity and experimentation, this will be a rewarding role for someone that would love to share the experience and purpose of Kinder World with millions of players worldwide! ✨
Responsibilities will include:
Actively set strategy, manage, optimise and report on our paid user acquisition efforts
Give direction to develop a wide variety of creatives (images, video etc) with our in-house Marketing Content Creator
Proactively lead and suggest new initiatives to scale our marketing spend, such as new platforms, tools or approaches to player acquisition
Focus on learning and applying UA best practices with ongoing study of industry trends, including on-the-job training with UA consultants and other learning resources
🌿 To be effective, we believe you need to:
Have experience with paid user acquisition, ideally in the games, software or app space
Be excited by the purpose, visual mood and style of Kinder World
Have a grown mindset and an enjoyment of data-informed decision making
Manage both free-from, ‘go wild!’ kinds of briefs with a lot of experimentation, as well as more specific and directed briefs based on the needs of your team
Be passionate about studying industry trends, learning new tools or marketing practices (both inside and beyond games) to bring into your own work
Have a true love for cross-functional collaboration (both internal and external), including work with marketing and production teams, influencers etc
Have excellent communication and professional relationship skills

Salary:
This annual salary for a full time employee in this role is expected to range between $115k AUD and $125k AUD, based on experience. We also provide a monthly ‘creativity allowance’ to experiment and learn with your co-workers.
