Showing kindness and compassion for our players through their game experience
Drive business objectives by incorporating ethical monetisation design with team support
Iterating and working with focus to address UX issues, retention concerns etc
Working with the Chief Product Officer and Product Manager to break down designs into production sprints
Working with the marketing team to understand the audience you’re designing for, and how the players receive and give feedback on their experiences
