We're eliminating paperwork for financial transactions like fund subscriptions and OTC trades by converting them into intelligent digital workflows. As clients complete transactions on Nova, we keep track of their information so they can reuse it on future transactions.

Our goal is to be the portable identity network for the institutional finance industry and the operating platform that leverages these identities to create and process institutional financial transactions. Since launching a private beta in 2021 for our fund subscription product, we’ve processed billions in investments and thousands of transactions with leading institutional partners in the digital and traditional asset management space.

About The Role

The Revenue Development/Enablement role is a key part of the revenue team and responsible for driving critical cross-functional enablement programs that increase revenue and improve sales team impact. 

Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage the revenue team calendar and framework to optimize for time management, prioritize strategic goals and initiatives, and schedule recurring standups, industry event participation, and client events. 

  • Manage candidate pipeline for the revenue team, including posting of job descriptions, initial screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding. 

  • Design and own the revenue team’s training program to ensure new hires have the resources to quickly ramp up on relevant industry topics, Nova’s product and vision, customer profiles, and our sales process. 

  • Own the revenue team’s culture and related program management. Collaborate in setting and prioritizing team values, ongoing learning and professional development, team activities, and enabling employee feedback to foster and support a high performing and effective sales culture. 

  • Drive the development of high-performing, reusable sales content that educates, engages, and inspires our target audiences about our key services and capabilities.

  • Collaborate with our sales team and internal SMEs to disseminate their most important messages and translate complex, technical concepts into straightforward, value-selling content.

  • Work with other writers, designers, and project managers to help prioritize sales assets (article, video, audio) that are consistent with our brand guidelines. Assist as needed to produce a regular cadence of dynamic content.

  • Modify and maintain sales enablement asset library including customer-facing capabilities presentation, bespoke pitches, RFI/RFP responses, proposals, outreach emails, and landing pages.

  • Learn and stay up-to-date on target audience insights, competitive landscape, and industry trends.

  • Create and maintain buyer personas and journeys from initial awareness through conversion and retention.

  • Partner with the marketing lead to inform the strategy and content roadmap, budget, and KPIs. 

  • Regularly report effectiveness and impact of the sales team, assets, and lead generation.Continually monitor metrics and feedback to make data-driven strategic adjustments as needed, in line with business needs and leadership direction.

  • Identify industry-specific conferences and speaking opportunities for SMEs, sales, and client teams. Assist in creating talking points and preparing participants for external speaking engagements.

  • Ensure team organization and compliance with company wide policies including expense management, required SOC 2 trainings, 

Qualifications:

  • Experience crafting highly-polished, external-facing communications..

  • Curiosity and interest in learning technical subject matter and language.

  • Ability to collaborate closely with sales, creative, and engineering teammates to understand and communicate complex concepts.

  • Excellent communication, research, and analytical skills.

  • Extremely detail-oriented and highly organized with advanced time management skills

  • Unafraid of managing up and across the team
