nSurely is an Irish-Insurtech founded in early 2021 and has seen unprecedented growth since its founding. nSurely’s cutting edge AI deep tech platform offers both new and existing motor insurance players innovative solutions to launch UBI products into any global market.
We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join us as part of our first sales hires. You will work directly with the CEO to grow our already strong pipeline by 5-10X in the next 12 months. This will be a very dynamic role where you will look to take on multiple new clients whilst helping us shape our business going forward. We’re looking for someone who can join us soon and hit the ground running.
What we are looking for
A born salesperson, who is empathetic and smart—quick to understand what a company needs and how a product or service can help fill that void.
Tech-savvy and a fast learner, having either worked for a tech or insurance startup or are ready and willing to pick up the essential knowledge of both fields.
A self-starter who doesn’t mind working remotely sometimes (or all the time) and can function as an independent Business Development Executive.
Organized, as you will own the CRM and sales processes while working with the marketing team to produce some dynamic sales collateral.
Who you are
Ideally, you check the following two boxes:
1–3 years experience in new business/sales. We want to know who you worked for and what you sold. We like numbers and references, so if you can tell us that you sold €X of Y product and Mr. Z can vouch for you, that’s compelling.
You understand insurance and/or tech. No, you don’t need to be a developer or an actuary. But if you’ve worked for an insurance company or a tech firm (or, better yet, an InsureTech startup), you’ll earn bonus points. We will train you, regardless, but you need to have some baseline knowledge, most importantly a willingness to learn a lot more, fast.
What we offer
Excellent salary up to 45K EUR based on experience.
