We are a rapidly growing business; we grew from 5 to 50 in 2021 and are looking to double in 2022, looking for a talented Recruiter and People Manager to join our team.  While growing is key, it’s all about building and retaining a great team of people with the right mix of skills and experience to deliver exceptional work for our clients.

About the role

  • This is a permanent, full-time position

  • ON supports flexible and hybrid working, Covid restrictions permitting, this role is based in our office in North Greenwich a minimum of 1 days / week, with the days working remotely or from the office.


  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle, sourcing, screening candidates, organising interviews, candidate follow up and offers and issuing contacts and onboarding.

  • Recommending, leading and delivering effective recruitment strategies

  • Support the People & Operations Director in creating and delivering team engagement strategy

  • Be proactive in initiating best practice and process improvement

About you 

We are looking for someone who is motivated, communicative, and detail oriented.

  • A minimum of two years experience in end to end recruiting within a tech environment

  • Sound working knowledge of HR best practice

  • Excellent communication skills across a range of stakeholders: written/grammar/spelling, verbal, listening and speaking

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information

  • Creative, flexible and solutions oriented

  • Positive, motivated and with self starter attitude

  • Tech-savvy with experience of G-suite, Slack and able to pick up new tools quickly

Nice to have

  • Experience of working as an in house recruiter

  • Experience of working in a startup
