We're searching for an eCommerce Specialist to support our rapidly growing creator, Airrack, with the preparation, development, and release of his merch brand as well as expansive product offerings. We are flexible towards remote or on-site candidates and our main office is in Santa Monica, CA.

This position requires someone with experience and passion for the e-commerce industry as well as a passion & creative vision for brand development. Having an understanding of the Airrack brand is also highly important. The primary responsibility of this position includes developing and coordinating bi-monthly releases for Airrack Merch collections as well as developing brand and strategy for future product releases. We're looking for someone who has experience growing a brand on Shopify and developing an organized approach to email marketing, social media strategy, and inventory management.

Responsibilities:

• Leading creative direction on Airrack merch

• Working with graphic designers to develop apparel and product designs

• Working with merchandising company (Fan of a Fan) to develop garment options and styles

• Leading brand development & go-to-market strategy on expansive product lines or brands (Food & Bev, etc.)

• Leading E-mail marketing campaigns for all brands

• Developing SMS marketing campaigns for all brands

• Developing the creative vision for lifestyle shoots, product photos, website designs, etc.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years experience in eCommerce

• 1+ years experience using Shopify

• Willingness to work at a fast pace and think on your feet

• Ability to strategize, analyze, and optimize around data

• Team player with strong collaboration skills

• Photoshop skills are a plus

• Desire to learn and grow!
