Introduction

We welcome you to join Pixelocracy! A powerful software company changing things across selected industries. We're located at the centre of Athens and we're part of a company group leading some very innovative work.

Culture beats strategy for breakfast. We are first and foremost a team of professionals working together to improve our lives and our industry. We treat every single project as our very own. Our mission is to become the new standard of technological excellence.

Our philosophy to team working is:

  1. Iterations. No need to be perfect but to move quickly with small steps.

  2. Ownership. Responsibility and initiative are spread equally across the team.

  3. Proactiveness. Staying ahead is the first half of success.

Our company is also your personal development platform where you will:

  1. Focus on human skills. Practice independence, empathy and organisation.

  2. Build partnerships. Take ownership, create relationships and foster progress.

  3. Become a leader. Introduce new perspectives and drive the company forward.

As part of your onboarding process in the first 3 months, the team and leadership will thoroughly help, guide and coach you along these pillars.
