About us

Pixelocracy is a technology agency with a class of nationwide clientele and projects, including and not limited to government, transit and shuttle, data analytics, highways, marketing, social networking and more. We tackle challenges from the smallest scope of a landing page to robust feature releases and extensive full-scale product development.

We are first and foremost a team of coordinators, advisors and technology experts and then act as managers, developers and designers. We treat every single one of our client’s projects as our very own products. Our mission is to transform industries with modern technologies and help advocate for a UX-first mentality.

About this job

  • Direct collaboration with company leadership.

  • Document writing (offers, contracts, presentations, reports).

  • Support of the company's business & sales operations.

  • Participate in the optimisation of company processes.

  • Coordinate with company partners and clients.

Requirements

  • A background (experience and/or education) in finance, business management or administration.

  • Ability to work with Workspace products (i.e. docs, sheets, drive, etc.).

  • Familiarity with online management software (i.e. Slack, Atlassian, Google Products etc.).

Nice to haves

  • A basic familiarity of the software or digital industry.

  • Knowledge of business development tools will be much appreciated (i.e. pricing models, P&Ls, cashflow management, CRMs, etc).

  • A basic understanding of tax systems, Greek government processes, etc.

By no means is there a problem if you’re on a first name basis with the above (and nothing more). We’ll help you learn these things if you know some basics.
